Account & Setup
Q: How do I create an account? A: Simply download the Nooma app and sign up using your email address or social media account. You'll be able to start discovering Pakistani fashion immediately.
Q: I forgot my password. How can I reset it? A: Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen. We'll send you instructions to reset your password via email.
Using Nooma
Q: How do I save items I like? A: Simply swipe right on any item you love, and it will be automatically saved to your Likes tab. No more screenshots needed!
Q: How do I shop from multiple brands? A: Nooma allows you to maintain separate shopping carts for each brand. You can have different carts for Sana Safinaz, Maria B, Khaadi, and other Pakistani brands.
Q: Which Pakistani brands are available? A: We feature major Pakistani fashion brands including Sana Safinaz, Maria B, Khaadi, Sapphire, Gul Ahmed, Nishat Linen, Zellbury, Ammara Khan, and many more.
Shopping & Orders
Q: How do I purchase items? A: When you find items you want to buy, tap on them to visit the brand's website or store page where you can complete your purchase.
Q: Can I track my orders through Nooma? A: Orders are processed directly by each brand. You'll need to check with the specific brand for order tracking and customer service.
Q: What if I have issues with my order? A: For order-related issues, please contact the brand directly. If you need help reaching a brand, our support team can assist you.
Technical Issues
Q: The app is not working properly. What should I do? A: Try closing and reopening the app first. If issues persist, try updating to the latest version. If problems continue, please contact our support team.
Q: How do I update the app? A: Check the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) for updates. We recommend keeping the app updated for the best experience.
