Multi-Brand Shopping Carts: Maintain separate carts for different brands
Brand Discovery: Explore collections from Sana Safinaz, Maria B, Khaadi, Sapphire, and other Pakistani fashion brands
Style Insights: Access fashion trends and style recommendations
Social Features: Share favorites and discover trending items

3.2 Third-Party Integration

The Service integrates with third-party fashion brands and retailers
Purchases are facilitated through brand partner websites and platforms
We are not responsible for the quality, availability, or delivery of products from third parties

3.3 Service Availability

The Service is designed primarily for users in Pakistan
Features and brand availability may vary by location
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service

4. User Conduct and Responsibilities

4.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

Do not share personal information of other users without consent
Avoid posting content that could be considered spam or promotional

4.2 User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you create or upload to the Service
By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service
You represent that you have the right to post any content you upload
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms

4.3 Fashion Reviews and Ratings

You may not post fake reviews or manipulate ratings

5. Shopping and Transactions

Nooma facilitates connections between users and Pakistani fashion brands
All purchases are made directly with the respective brand or retailer
We are not a party to the transaction between you and the brand
Each brand has its own terms of sale, return policy, and customer service

5.2 Pricing and Availability

Product prices and availability are determined by individual brands
Prices displayed may not always be current due to real-time updates
We are not responsible for pricing errors by brand partners
Final pricing is confirmed at the time of purchase with the brand

5.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed directly by brand partners or their designated payment processors
We do not store your complete payment information
You are responsible for all charges incurred through your account
Any payment disputes must be resolved directly with the brand or payment processor

5.4 Orders and Fulfillment

Order confirmation, shipping, and delivery are handled by individual brands
We are not responsible for order fulfillment, delivery delays, or product quality
Customer service for orders should be directed to the respective brand
We may provide contact information and assistance in connecting with brands

5.5 Returns and Refunds

Return and refund policies are determined by individual brands
We are not responsible for processing returns or issuing refunds
Disputes regarding returns should be resolved directly with the brand
We may assist in facilitating communication between users and brands

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Nooma app, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by us
Our trademarks, logos, and brand elements are protected intellectual property
You may not use our intellectual property without written permission
The underlying software, algorithms, and technology are proprietary to us

6.2 Brand Partner Content

Fashion brands retain ownership of their product images, descriptions, and trademarks
Brand content is used with permission and subject to separate agreements
You may not use brand content for commercial purposes without authorization
Report any intellectual property violations to us immediately

6.3 User Content License

You grant us the right to use your reviews, ratings, and preferences to improve the Service
We may use aggregated user data for analytics and recommendations
Your personal information remains subject to our Privacy Policy
You may request removal of your content by deleting your account

6.4 Copyright Protection

We respect copyright laws and expect users to do the same
Report copyright violations to our designated copyright agent

INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES
DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THIRD-PARTY TRANSACTIONS

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings
Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately
Some information may be retained for legal or operational purposes
Saved items, preferences, and account data will be deleted

11.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

Violate these Terms or our policies
Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
Interfere with the operation of the Service
Create multiple accounts or use the Service in an unauthorized manner

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately
